Organising a funeral can be a daunting experience. Our family members often choose not to discuss their final wishes for fear of upsetting us, and so you may have a bewildering set of choices to make.
By using an independent celebrant you will have more options as to the content of the service, and a listening ear who will be available to allay any concerns in the lead up to the day itself.
I am able to conduct any type of funeral service; religious or non-religious, or something in between. You can participate in the service as much, or as little, as you like.
What is important is that you have all the options that are available explained to you so that you can choose the type of service you want, in order to successfully represent and celebrate the life of your loved one.
I have undertaken training with the renowned celebrant Terri Shanks, and am a member of The Good Funeral Guild and The Fellowship of Professional Celebrants which is, in turn, affiliated to the National Association of Funeral Directors. I have extensive materials from which you can choose so that the resulting service is exactly right.
